Their founder and director, Brent Phipps, has carefully selected each member of the Ranga team based on their values and commitment to exceeding client expectations. From start to finish, the Byron Bay Ranga team provides a professional and thorough approach to their work, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
Leadership Team
BRENT PHIPPS
Brent has grown up with horticulture and landscape construction, having pursued it from a young age under the mentorship of the best in Sydney. After moving to Byron Bay, Brent founded Byron Bay Ranga and now serves as both Founder Director and Landscape Lead, pursuing his passion for positively connecting people with their natural environment and the healing benefits that are created through this connection.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
RHYS STRATTON
Rhys has a decade of landscape construction experience. With a keen eye for detail, he started his journey within the industry down on the south coast, where he led several construction teams, delivering high-end results. He is passionate about creating sustainable, low-maintenance native Australian landscapes that complement our existing land.
JAXSON STRATTON
Jaxson has always loved the outdoors, translating into a passion for horticulture and the environment. He began his work in Sydney, working for several gardening companies in team leader roles. Jackson's strengths are great communication, plant identification skills, and pest & disease management. But most importantly, he enjoys working with clients to maintain their properties to the highest of standards.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE MANAGER
TOM MONTEITH
Meet Tom, an experienced horticulturist with eight years in the field. Trained at Ryde College of TAFE on the Central Coast, he's developed a deep understanding of plant care, landscape design, and plant identification. Skilled in detailed pruning techniques and hands-on expertise, Tom combines professionalism with warmth, passionately creating stunning outdoor spaces.
